  • Share expertise and ensure a strategic reserve for the region.
• Organize Continuous Educational and Training Programs for Leaders on Crisis and Disaster Management:
  • Enhance leaders' capabilities in forming a clear vision and providing a guideline for handling emergency situations.
  • Define responsibilities and leadership mechanisms during crises and emergencies.
• Involve Civil Society, NGOs, and Educational Institutions:
  • Engage the community in all strategies and plans related to emergency and crisis management.
  • Strengthen the culture of volunteerism and raise continuous awareness among the public to support emergency and crisis managers.
• Transparent Communication with the Public:
  • Handle the community with transparency and honesty during crises, delivering accurate and clear messages in multiple languages.
  • Combat rumors and reduce negative outcomes of any disaster by ensuring effective crisis communication.
• Consideration for Individuals with Special Needs:
  • Ensure the safety and security of people with special needs when developing strategies and plans for managing emergencies and disasters.
• Leverage Technology and Modern Techniques:
  • Use technology in all stages of crisis and disaster preparedness, including geographic information systems (GIS) and other available resources for risk management.
• Hold Annual Specialized Conferences:
