Khalifa Baqer is the Chief Operating Officer at the Dubai Academic Health Corporation in the United Arab Emirates. His career has included significant roles, including serving as a Senior Consultant at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai and as a member of the Dubai COVID-19 Control and Command Center.
Throughout his professional journey, Khalifa has contributed to numerous government projects, including overseeing the Special Olympics World Games in Dubai in 2018 and 2019 and launching the "Day for Dubai" volunteer initiative.
